Wow, I've been seriously slacking on blog lovin'!!! I have way too many sessions to catch up on but I will start with this beautiful young lady. She is my best friend's little sis, and just adorable as ever. She was so comfortable throughout the entire shoot and really allowed her personality to shine through! I have decided that I LOVE shooting seniors...I want to do more! (hint, hint!) =) Here's a few of my favorite from her session, but you can see a lot more on our facebook page!

Oh, Levi and Gavin are just too precious. What little hams! Levi loved the camera - I think he has a future in modeling! Gavin was having a rough day and I think he was afraid of the camera for awhile (it is HUGE and black and makes weird shutter noises, lol!) but we managed to get some great shots! Can't wait for the next shoot with these two cuties! Oh, and Cameo, I might have to steal one (or both) of your names if I have a boy...I LOVE THEM! =))

Ahhh! I loved this family session with Robin and her two sons (and of course, their beloved chocolate lab, Talli)! She was actually very well behaved, and it helped that they brought dog treats for me to hold while I snapped a few shots. This holiday mini session was so fun...thanks guys!

I am still catching up with posts from some amazing sessions the past couple months, and I am excited to share some photos of this beautiful family with you all!

The power of social networking never ceases to amaze me! Christie contacted me through facebook after seeing some of my photos posted on one of my good friend's profiles. She really wanted a family session with her hubby, and adorable daughter, Ella. We had a great time in Old Town Scottsdale, and even though Ella was still recovering from a cold, she was a trooper! I am so glad I had the opportunity to capture this adorable family. Christie, you have a gorgeous daughter!

I would like to preface this post by saying yes, it is long, but SO worth it! =)

Women and men alike are in awe of the beauty of pregnancy. I don't think there is any other person I could photograph who can define beauty and the gift of life as well as Amber does. She is one of a kind...she's compassionate, talented, giving, sincere, honest and, well, I'm just going to say what everyone else is thinking, GORGEOUS. Inside and out. I am lucky to call her a friend.

She and her hubby, Josh, are expecting at the end of this month. The sex of the baby is a surprise - and we are all chomping at the bit to meet this little one! Of course he/she is going to be a supermodel! Thank you for letting me capture your pregnancy. I am so happy for you both!

When I met this lovely family in Scottsdale for a Holiday Mini Session, it had been one year since I last saw Holt. We had the pleasure of shooting his newborn pix, and here he is all grown up. And can we say ADORABLE? I can't get over his blue eyes and red hair! Cutest combo ever...girls watch out! =) Here's just a few from their session. Thanks, guys!!! It was so fun!

You may have seen some of their photos floating around our website and facebook page, but I just HAD to share a few from their engagement session on the blog. Deanna and Kurt are simply adorable. They have that spark that most couples crave - a fun loving spirit, and you can just see how much they love to be around each other. I told them it was one of the easiest shoots ever because I didn't have to "direct" them to do anything...they were all smiles and giving me candid moments every five seconds! A photographer's dream!

Here's the best news: Jason & I will be photographing their wedding this June in Connecticut! We are so stoked...it's going to be WONDERFUL!!! Plus, I've never been to Connecticut, so that will be a whole new experience!

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Deanna & Kurt for letting me capture your love. You two are just adorable.

Even though I wasn't their wedding photographer, I still had to take some shots of my best friend's wedding in La Jolla, Ca. I was lucky enough to be Matron of Honor! The wedding was absolutely gorgeous! She asked me and her mom to take shots of their first reveal & some on the beach. Of course I obliged. =) Here are just a few from her special day at the Darlington House in La Jolla. Congrats again, Ali & John!

It was our little girl's very first Christmas, and oh what a special day it was. Even though she has a cold (her first time being sick!), she still gave us all smiles and lots of laughter throughout the day. My family showered her with love and gifts from the heart. She is so blessed. We are blessed! I am humbled by her innocence and joy. Here is our Christmas card that we sent out, designed by me. =) My brother took the pictures for us! This session is from wayyyyy back in October (why does that seem so long ago?!) but I've been holding out on blogging it until we got our new and improved blog set up. It's definitely worth the wait!

Timmy is my friend LeAnne's brother, and he and his wife Kris wanted to get some pictures taken for their adoption process. Since these pictures were taken, Timmy and Kris have found a birth mom and I am so, so, happy for them (I'd like to think my pictures had something to do with it! ha!).

They were incredibly fun to work with - and came VERY prepared for their shoot. My favorite kind of people! I encourage all our clients to bring lots of props...anything that represents you is perfect! It helps people be more relaxed, and if you're Timmy and Kris, it helps you be even more adorable than you already are! You wouldn't know it because they look so "in love", but they've been married (happily!) for several years. I think they are a match made in heaven! =)

Don't worry, no one was hurt during this photo shoot. ;p

Dear Santa,
